Refund Policy

Within 24 Hours of Payment

You may request a refund for any reason within 24 hours of payment. We will cancel the order unconditionally, and the full amount will be returned to your original payment account.

After 24 Hours of Payment

You may still request to cancel your order, but a service fee of 10% of the total order amount will be charged. The remaining 90% will be refunded to your original payment account. This charge applies because the factory may have already begun production of your order, incurring additional costs.

Over 48 Hours from Payment

Once more than 48 hours have passed since payment, orders can no longer be canceled.

Return Policy

No Returns without Valid Reason

We do not accept returns for reasons such as user-caused damage, product usage, or slight variations in makeup.
